Eligibility

• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchange Process

1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number
2. Share photos of the product if there is a defect
3. We will confirm eligibility and arrange the exchange

Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or used shoes
• Items without original packaging
• Customized or sale items

Defective Products If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds We currently offer exchanges only. Refunds are issued at our discretion in case of confirmed defective products.
